There's an old story about three bricklayers. A traveler came upon them working side by side.

He asked the first, "What are you doing?"
The man replied, "I'm laying bricks."

He asked the second, "And you?"
"I'm building a wall," came the answer.

Finally, he asked the third. The man smiled, straightened his back, and said, "I'm building a cathedral."

All three were doing the same task, but only one saw the why behind the work. One saw labor. One saw a project. One saw purpose.
