If you have agreed to receive text messages from us, these are the terms. The short version: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out any time, and reply HELP for help.
HeartLink Homes LLC operates a text messaging program for people who have asked us about buying, selling, or the real estate market, and for clients we are working with. Messages relate to your inquiry, your transaction, appointment scheduling, property information, and market updates.
You consent to receive text messages from HeartLink Homes LLC when you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text — for example, by checking the consent box on a form on this website, by giving us your number and permission in person or by phone, or by texting us first.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving real estate services from HeartLink Homes LLC. You can work with us without ever agreeing to texts.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on how you interact with us and where you are in the process. During an active transaction you may receive several messages a week; at other times you may receive none for long stretches.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates for text messages and data will apply to messages you send and receive. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what those rates are.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you.
Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or phone contact. To stop those as well, or to be removed entirely, email info@heartlinkhomes.com or call (206) 999-0510.
If you have opted out and later want to receive texts again, reply START or tell us directly.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network and on factors outside our control. Not all handsets or carriers support every message type.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Your number is used to communicate with you, and is shared only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
